Tutorial Time on Speedy TV Challenge 101

The challenge this week is to use old jewelry parts as embellishments. I do not wear jewelry so off to the flea market I went and I found this little gem for .25. See what you can find and add your card for a chance to win the prize.

I decided to make a post it note holder cover. This is how I made it.
Take a piece of Designer Paper 3 x 9. I used a piece of my Gelli Plate fun time.  and you need a 3x3 Post it Note pad.

Score it at 3 1/8, 3 1/2, 6 1/2, 7

Attach the pad to the center section with the open end at the bottom.

The top flap is the smaller end. Use an edge punch of decorative scissors on the edge.

Now attach some velcro to the back of the top flap and on the front side of the bottom flap.

Close it up and decorate.

I stamped a small sentiment on the bottom.
